Register with us by calling one of our offices, registering your details on our website or visiting us in person

Starting your search

As soon as we have a clear understanding of your needs such as: price, location, size, type of property, one of our experienced members of the team will provide you with a selection of properties that match your requirements.

Securing your property

In order for us to proceed with an offer to the landlord of the property you desire, you must complete an application for tenancy where you can highlight any special conditions relating to the offer.

Referencing

To verify to the landlord that you can pay the rent, each potential tenant over the age of 18 years old are required to be inspected through our chosen independent referencing agency. This includes credit checks.

Payment

Before you start your tenancy, you are obliged to pay the initial rental payment and deposit (the deposit is usually 4 - 6 weeks rent, but this can vary).

Signing tenancy agreements

You will be issued with a copy of the Tenancy Agreement (an Assured Shorthold Tenancy). Both the tenant and the Landlord are required to sign the Tenancy Agreement.
